Central Regency Town House

The location was brilliant, loads of bars, restaurants and shops minute walk away. House decor was fun. A games cupboard. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom toiletries, towels and bedding included. Plenty of room for a large group. Host Charley was a diamond, very friendly and welcoming. She was very happy to help us over weekend with our needs.

Weather was hot, would have been nice of a few extra fans. Minor house hold repairs needed eg bathroom radiator’s rusty and sharp, one bedroom light not working correctly.

Decor was tired but nice. Beds were very comfy, all had really nice mattress toppers. Location was great. Plenty of clean towels. Key lock worked well for our group.

Damp - very pungent, smelly, books and games were damp. Table and chairs - some had legs falling off Bins - no bins in the bathrooms Lamps - not all bedrooms had side lamps and some that did had no bulbs in or reachable plug

I liked the spaces of the property. It was wide and open. Nice sitting room. Toilet was nice .I got all the kitchen stuffs which was required.

Disappointed about the kitchen environment around the windows. It was very dirty outside of windows. Windows locker didn’t work properly. Mattress was not pretty much good.

Fab location, excellent informative hosts who answered all questions really quickly. The hosts really made it a great, stress free process from start to finish!

It was very clean, tidy, had everything we needed. The host met us on arrival and she was lovely , and on hand if you need to message. Perfect house for a groups stay in Brighton. Location is really great!

Mattress uncomfy in one room, could be more mirrors in some rooms.
