Central Regency Town House

The location of the property was excellent! The house was very clean and perfect for a group of us. Charley, the host, was attentive from start to finish and ensured we had the best stay possible.

Location was amazing. Charley was helpful.

Many of the sockets didn’t work. Two in the kitchen were dangerous, not fixed into the wall. Lots of crumbs / dirt around the microwave and dirty tea towels left in a bag in the kitchen. Owner arrived to sort the sockets but managed to break the TV. No replacement offered, just a sorry. Spent most of the holiday with no TV. The place was just a bit tired, could do with an upgrade.

Perfect choice for 3 families of 4. Clean, quiet, excellent equipped kitchen and well located.

Everything was good but to say smething, both toilets are located upstairs. We spent most of the time in the kitchen which is in the ground floor, so we had to go up 2 floors everytime we needed to go.

Great spacious house in a fantastic location, right next to the beach front and next to the shops. The key was easy to collect. It was very clean with lots of appliances in the kitchen. Great showers in both bathrooms. The host was very helpful and was available via phone if we needed anything. Overall a fantastic house for a weekend away with friends

It lists that two bedrooms come with sofa beds and that is quite misleading as they can’t really be described as sofa beds - it is a single chair that unfolds. These really aren’t suitable for adults and were extremely uncomfortable. This made our stay difficult as there weren’t enough beds in rooms to accommodate. A couple of the spare duvets had large stains and weren’t covered with sheets. We found sheets and had to cover them ourselves. All spare duvets should really be ready for use, especially as we booked for a large number of people.

We met the host she was lovely! Great location perfect for walking into Brighton. House has everything you need. Especially loved the kitchen perfect for hosting a big group.
