Very comfortable property and good value for money.

We had a little trouble getting in as the member of staff hadn’t changed the key code for the lockbox. This was quite quickly sorted but inconvenient as it meant we were waiting outside for around 40 minutes. Also, some of the cutlery wasn’t completely clean at the beginning of our stay.

It was a great house with plenty of bedrooms. All very tidy. Kitchen was good with everything we needed. They provided us with things like tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and so on. We had to pay a deposit but it was returned promptly. Parking was OK - on the road but we managed to find a space. Was about a mile and a bit from the centre of town. The company is easy to contact if you have any questions and get back to you quickly.

We didn't have any problems with these but they could be an issue for people with children or any mobility issues. You go in via the back door which is up a short flight of steps with a little platform you stand on to get in. I think it would be a good idea to put railings on this to reduce the risk of accidents. The stairs inside are also pretty steep.

The place was very nice; it had enough room for a large family or group of friends. The location was also great - it was not far from the office I was traveling to! I was worried about the street parking, but I never had an issue finding a parking spot. The neighbors were very friendly as well.

There were only two things that stood out: it was very cold and did not heat up very quickly, and the fridge had an issue; it was moist and smelled very mildewy. Anything I put in there was not edible due to the smell.

Crockery was dirty (I expect from last occupants). TV very high on wall - uncomfortable to watch. Daughter did 500 piece jigsaw & 3 bits missing!

Clean and spacious. No unnecessary clutter and comfortable.

Very noisy neighbours banging and shouting through the night till 3am or 4am - man and woman shouting and childrdn crying Neighbours were in the garden and in passage way triggering security light and banging their back door This happened every night leading to sleepless nights for the whole family Car parking very difficult always had to park down the street away from the house apart from i night All above spoiled the whole experience

We were barely in the property as we were in Burton on Trent for a festival so were leaving in the morning and getting back late at night. However, the property was lovely and comfortable and a special shout to the housekeeper who turned up shortly before 10 on checkout day and was very friendly and accommodating as we were trying to get the last of our stuff out.
