The accommodation was well decorated.

The location was in an area we would not have chosen to stay in, but the address was not sent until the payment had been received by the company. We had no way of telling the area the house was located in until our payment was non refundable. We had to pay a £225 security deposit before being given the key code. We still have not received the refund of this deposit a week after returning home. The house was very small, parking was difficult and there was no outdoor space that was usable as the rear yard was unfinished and uneven. The back door could only be accessed by steep stairs without a safety hand rail. The front door went straight into a bedroom so could not be used.

I was clean, with several bathrooms.

after taking the full fee two weeks before, they then asked for a £225 deposit which took ten days to get back. This was unnecessary and should not be held but released immediately on check out. when the property has already been paid for another deposit should not be requested if booking through booking. com.

The booking process of a WhatsApp call was muddly wasn't done on the day arrange was infact done on arrival day . Felt couldn't prepare for what was expected ie keys safe code ect.

Everything was perfect. Location was great, shops really close by. The staff leading up to staying at the property and during was great. Massive thank you to Hara for everything! Clean, spacious, great bedrooms!

We liked our stay it was very comfortable, and perfect for a family stay.

Very easy booking process, house is lovely and well equipped.

Street is a little narrow and with cars parked each side it was quite tight to park other than that there were no issues
