The location was perfect for anyone without their own transport.

The area around the key safe definitely needs to be cleaned. There are too many spiders! Communication with the owner was very poor, and there was a welcome pack advertised that was not there.

Very convenient for local transport links eg ferry crossings, buses and train.

Although we found the property to be comfortable there were some issues, for example - the bedroom curtains are so thin that light from the nearby street lamps and early sun rise kept us awake. - the internal doors were ill fitting so either too stiff to close/lock properly (including the bathroom) or swung open of their accord. - there was no soap in the bathrooms, nor any other little complimentary extras.
