Property was comfortable and warm.

The oven kept tripping the electric , the outside path way very slippy and felt a bit neglected. It was quite a very busy road so we needed to reverse in, not an easy task in the dark with all the obstacles and our large vehicle , ie skip, waggon used as storage and other stored items. Could use a dressing mirror in the bedroom too. Nb third dining chair was broken at the bottom, no issue for us on this occasion, lamp table also very rickety.

Everything was there that was needed and comfortable. The Italian restaurant next door was handy.

I have allergies so there may of been dust as I sneezed a lot and eyes were itchy.

Clean, it had a smart tv which was really handy even though I didn’t stay that long in the property. It has all the amenities such as washing machine, cooker etc. perfect size for my stay with the dog.

I had a little struggle getting into the shower but that’s my fault.

It was perfect for what we wanted somewhere to put our heads for a couple of nights to attend a wedding .very clean and well presented

It was a bit gloomy 1 small window in the lounge providing very little natural light. probably an oversight no dish cloth or dish soap couldn't wash up .Nice outside seating area with a view of a shiping container a full skip and a old scrap 40foot curtain sided trailer

Looks exactly like the pictures and description. We brought our 2 dogs which was amazing to be able to do. It’s the perfect little place to stay when it’s just a couple of you.

Rural location, very quiet, pet friendly, compact but versatile.

Location was a bit difficult to find initially. Some signage at the entrance would help, and the car parking area could do with making a bit more inviting as you drive in. From the road, it looks like you are entering a farm yard. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom is ready for an upgrade sooner rather than later.
