The Old Coach house- a delightful home from home

Great potential - beautiful big house with loads of character, great outdoor entertaining area and garden. Convenient location, close to Witney high street.

Thoroughly disappointed with the filthy state of the property - damp, mould, dust, dirty floors, filthy oven, gunky dishwasher filter, unsanitary pots and pans, unusable ironing board, hoarding crap in cupboards... Please see pics... Rooms were very hot - messaged the property managers several times to request fans but didn't receive a response until day of checkout. Ridiculously overpriced (750GBP/night) for a property we spent half our stay cleaning. Absolutely would not recommend!

Good location and spacious property. Great outdoor space for the kids and d dogs.

Cleanliness was not great especially the floors which were filthy.

Large rooms with big beds and plenty of bathrooms. A sense of history with its timbered ceilings. Good showers.

Insufficient toilet rolls and only one dishwasher tablet. Difficult to control heating so generally too hot. No coat pegs or shoe rack. Intermittent internet for TV.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Coach House. We were a group of 7 friends with one dog. The layout and space was perfect for us. The bathrooms we great with good water pressure and the heating worked well. We'll laid out kitchen and large, sociable dining table. Beds were comfortable and the location was peaceful. It's an easy stroll into the lovely town. We had a fantastic Sunday Roast at the Plough and some drinks at the welcoming a very close Elm Tree.

We'd suggest providing bedside tables and side lights for the back bedroom as well was hanging space in the main bedroom. It would be great to have mats in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom to prevent the floors getting wet and to have more cutlery and cooking pans too please.

Well equipped, lovely log burner, comfy and beautiful rooms, plenty of parking for 3 cars and good location to explore the local area.

Lovely place, only complaint is that it has no latrine on the ground-floor, only on first floor.

In the future, I will look carefully if a property is pet-friendly, because if it is pet-friendly it may well imply that my allergies are going to flair up like a fire.

Beautiful house, very quirky it's like a tardis. A great space for a group of friends in a central location with everything you need on the doorstep. Danielle very helpful and accommodating with check out times as the clocks went forward. Thank you 😊
