My only gripe is it could do with a soft close toilet seat ...nothing major it would be a nice touch in the middle of night when other half forgets to put lid down quietly...

Everything was lovely great location lovely property

Had a bit of trouble opening and locking the door

Bed was comfortable and was clean, the bathroom was good, and the apartment was clean and presentable, lots of tea sugar and milk provided , and biscuits and beer

Towels could have had been softer, couldn't find the coffee maker, and the television was very small, the garden wasn't really a garden

had everything we needed, short walk to market square, 2 min stroll to White bear hotel which is lovely, although a bit expensive.

beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The lodge is well equipped.

property looks out on a car park. For a summer stay it was fine; I think the living room would be somewhat cheerless in winter, lacking a wood burner and being open plan to kitchen and staircase.

Great location, central to everything in Masham.
