Missing essentials like tin opener and scissors. Beds all had damage on bases and lumpy mattresses. Dirty pots, glasses, bin, cafetiere on arrival. One loo had short curly hairs on seat. Top floor shower not draining...see photos Garden un-mown so couldn't use. No bedside tables/lamps, no mirror in downstairs loo and plug didn't seal the sink. No wardrobe/drawers apart from top bedroom, only a hanging rail so lived out of our cases. No pat-tested labels on electricals, no fire blanket or extinguisher in kitchen. Only escape in a 4 storey house was front door. Back door only led into garden. No safety stops on the windows. Broken knife, rusty cheese grater, do I go on....I have pics which will be going to the Building Management Company.

Modern and clean

A few bedroom drawers were broken. Only one Tv for such a large property. But still had a fabulous stay!!

The house was very clean and was big enough for our family group.

Some bedrooms didn’t have mirrors, there were only a couple of bedside tables and bedside lamps. not all rooms had somewhere to hang clothes and only 1 out of 5 bedrooms had any built in storage. It would also have been nice to have more pillows. The patio area was messy with brambles and the garden furniture was very unstable. There was access to a steep grassed area but it was unusable due to weeds, rubble and more brambles. When paying over £1,000 for 2 nights it would have been helpful to at least had a pint of milk provided too!
