Green Bank

Great location for city but peaceful. Spacious and kitchen well equiped. We had a wonderful holiday.

Only 1 toilet, few stains on carpets. The house is lovely but could be fantastic with just a little tlc - screws tightened on door handles etc.

The property was lovely & quiet. Very spacious.

We would have liked some leaflets for what to do in Hereford & some manuals for using the oven etc.

The location was excellent if a little difficult to find at first as off the main road, then we struggled to find the safe box for the keys but all went well after that. The host were really helpful when we called so didn't take us long to find it. Very close to the town centre, station and supermarkets and a Weatherspoons! A very spacious property and great to have the picnic table in the front garden which we used a lot.

Access to the back garden would have been good or just to open the door to let fresh air in. Also as a fire exit if the front door was blocked. We noticed that one of the dining chairs had a spoke hanging down from the seat so put it to one side as we could have broken it. Worth checking all the chairs don't have the same problem.

Perfect location and big enough for the family

Location Parking space. Size of Kitchen.

Only access was by front door; in a fire or other emergency there were no keys to other exits , either doors or windows. No washing machine if you were staying longer. Numerous untidy weeds in front garden area by front door.,

Location was perfect for a family get together in Hereford. House was in a peaceful location. The Wifi was good and Netflix (for the youngsters). We did have an issue with the heating - which did not come on, however, Jason and his Mum and Dad were very prompt in sorting it out for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It would have been useful to have a instruction booklet/manual for everything around the house such as WiFi code and what bins we should put rubbish in (for recycling) etc...
