Generally a good property with everything we needed. We would book again.

The property could do with a little bit of maintenance in some areas. Nothing major but things like the back bedroom radiator did not get hot despite adjusting the trv. There is also no access to the heating timer so we could not boost the heating if we were cold.

Great location both in relation to town and station, and also the seclusion and quiet. Very comfortable chairs and lots of space. WiFi v good.

Very few issues. Just some observations. Generally very good for those with reduced mobility all being on one floor, spacious, and 2 shallow steps to enter the house but we could have done with (bringing) a non slip shower mat for the elderly guests and we used a detachable grab rail. Note for Booking.com re nearby attractions mentioned ...."Hereford Castle" barely exists in the present but for a bit of grass! but the Cathedral does.... Visiting cat is lovely - but guests need to take care not to lock her/him in ( a note to check on leaving?) Feel free to edit this review before publication!
