Bagstone Court Barn

Booked here for a couple of nights, needing somewhere comfortable and quiet to hang out for the day and work while a relative attended a Bristol appointment. Could not have been more impressed. We received a warm welcome from host, James, who provided an unhurried walkthrough of all amenities. All aspects of the accommodation are high spec, spotless, spacious and all the furnishings very comfortable. All rooms, especially the kitchen and bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped well beyond any expectation with everything available to suit a short or long term stay. A really top notch place, super value for money. Thanks James, will definitely book again when visiting the area.

Just a thought, maybe a extra small nightlight outside at the end of the cowshed by the front gate? We did both bump into the metal bench at the end of the unit after dark as we couldn't see it... haha

We really enjoyed are stay at bagstone court james met us on are arrival and made us feel really welcome. There was fresh milk and bread so we didn't have to worry about grabbing anything the cowshed was lovely and warm which was nice to come into. It was very clean and tidy which is always nice. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We will definitely stay there again in the future as we really enjoyed are stay there. Its a perfect place for a nice getaway.

My husband booked the barn for my birthday. We took our dog and when we arrived I saw a light on in the barn and hoped our dog wouldn't bark and disturb the neighbours, but to my surprise we had the whole length of the barn all to ourselves. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and the main bedroom was very large and had an en-suite. The barn was decorated beautifully. The hosts had put up a Christmas tree for us and had left some, bread, milk and wine in the kitchen for our arrival. The barn was tucked away opposite the house that the hosts lived in, nestled in the countryside. It felt like a very special place to stay and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. There is a small pond with ducks on, by the barn and the barn is tucked away behind a gated entrance. We didn't want to go home!

I can't think of anything, it was the perfect location and a beautiful barn with lovely hosts.

Hosts were very warm and welcoming. We arrived quite late in the evening and James was kind enough to wait for us and gave us a tour of the apartment. The barn was well insulated and more spacious than expected!

Water pressure in the showers was on the low side.

Lovely, well equipped accommodation. Bigger than I expected and better than photos which is always a lovely surprise. Beds very comfortable, easy off road parking and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Good directions sent prior to visit. Would definitely stay again.
