Beautifully decorated and furnished house - we loved the courtyard. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Kayleigh was very helpful and deposit was returned promptly

"Exceptional"

We stayed at the beautiful Regency Cottage as a family of 7 and it truly is such a special place. From start to finish, the communication from the hosts was excellent. We booked last minute after being let down by another property, and they made what was a stressful situation so much easier for us. The property is decorated beautifully with a quirky yet high-quality style, and it had every facility we needed. The location was perfect too close to the city centre, train station, and restaurants. Such a wonderful place to stay, and we can’t wait to return.

"Luxerious and well equipped."

Lots of space, and the bathroom was very luxurious. The kitchen was well-equipped for longer stays.

Parking - it would be useful to have access to parking permits all year round and not just through the summer months as nearest car park is 10min walk away.

"Comfy house, no local parking"

The host was very responsive to issues. Beds were comfy. House good standard, had all we needed. Pleasant 25minute walk into town.

No parking for miles - parking on the road not an option. Second bathroom is a small shower and loo at the back of the kitchen. The house rules are rather intimidating. The eating area is linear and not that conducive to a social gathering

"A fab stay for friends"

The house was very spacious and perfect for a group of friends getting together.

Instructions regarding parking could have been clearer - i.e that permits are available and cost £10 each and other parking must be paid for using Pay by Phone app. Also, cars must be moved from one position to another after 4 hours, which meant that we had to ensure that we were nearby and had not consumed alcohol. We were only made aware of a £300 security deposit just before our stay. Bins, hooks and additional shelves or storage in all rooms, including the bathrooms would be useful. Leaving some dishwasher tablets would have meant we could use the dishwasher.
