Lee's House

Spacious, perfect location and great for family/ friend events. It is children friendly too

The beds were not as comfortable as we wanted. We also noted that the sinks were blocked and took time for water to drain out of the sinks.

Host was helpful in finding us a new stay when ours was cancelled. The house we were given was quite spacious and could accommodate all our guests.

We were told on the morning of the check in that our apartment was not going to be available as the apartment had some issues which left us quite frantic on how to move forward. The host then gave us another number to contact someone who assisted us with a few other properties which was helpful as they had a few options but unfortunately not of the same quality or location we would have hoped to have had from Lee's house.

Clean and spacious premises, easily accommodated a group of 14.

The tumble dryer was not working.

On first glance clean tidy house, off road parking and right next to bus route and takeaways. The takeaway let us park for an hour as nowhere else to park. Was a great base and big enough for us, was 2 families 4 adults 6 kids and everyone had own bed. Towels were provided and there was enough for everyone to have a towel although they could of been bigger.

When we first got there we couldn't park due to a neighbour parking over the drive, this put a stop on us going out and exploring, as we couldn't park anywhere else as we didnt want to get a ticket, the neighbour moved after an hour but didn't apologise or anything. There was no tea, coffee, sugar which I had messaged and asked but didn't get a reply. Front door needs replacing as very hard to get in, don't think it fits the frame properly or has dropped from the frame. Shower trays need replacing as many have mold and cracked. Heating was great in the bedrooms but rest of the house very cold. .

Extremely poor cleanliness.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms with each bedroom . We stayed as 3 families for a wedding so rented entire house. Which severed its purpose well.

Lack of towels ..We only got 1 bath towel per person. No hand towels . No bath mats . Lighting in bathrooms poor as many bulbs not working . We saw rats in garden and front parking area several occasions. Parking is for 3 card ..slight sqeeze.
