House was perfect for us. 5 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms, and 1 toilet downstairs. Large living room with TV, dining area and great kitchen with all the facilities you'd need. Car space in front of house (parking permit is provided - you just need to remember to put it on display in the car) Towels provided, toilet paper, even some milk in the fridge for us when we arrived. Asked a few questions to the owners regarding the property, payments, etc, and received quick replies from them, so communication with owners was perfect. We all loved it and would definitely return. House is in a great location, approximately minutes walk to the Tower.

Nothing, although if families stayed the backyard could do with a little work. A tidy up and a table and chairs to sit out side for example.

Security of door wasn’t great.

The property had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It was like home from home. All 5 of the rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the house. Beds were a good size and comfortable. All 3 bathrooms were clean. There was 11 of us 8 adults and 3 children so being close to the beach and Tower was a bonus. Neighbours were nice and offered us an extra parking permit. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will be returning.

Coming home ☹️ Only 1 thing - The back gate needs replaced as it's pretty old and damaged, but it didn't exactly ruin our holiday!!!

Huge well appointed property, very clean. It was ideal for the family and the young children. It was ideally suited in a great location to get to all the attractions.

The outside could do with a little TLC. If the weather would have been nice it would have been nice to sit outside but it wasn't an issue for our stay. Also the yard gate was on its last legs. However this was not a game changer and we wouldn't definitely stop again

It was a good size, I can imagine at one stage this was a nice new and clean property inside.

No washing machine, broken glass, broken fixtures, not very clean, bad area. Loud music, drunks, drugs. My suggestion would be the owners give this property a real deep clean, either remove washing machine from the listing or have one fitted. Tumble dry the towels and bedding. Inspect the property between hand overs. Do not say you have additional parking when there isn't. Living room door hanging off its hinges not safe, all chairs missing screws and bolts, not safe. Clean and weed the front. Replace the front and back doors. This is a minimum that needs doing here. Blinds broken, plaster falling off the walls, I can't share all the images in this review, and it isn't meant to damage their reputation, its simply to advise before you book here know what your getting. The other reviews are not accurate. We spent £50 on cleaning products on arrival, we all had to buy additional clothing as no washing machine, there was 1 tea bag and yes a small bottle of milk but otherwise we had to clean every cupboard, every surface before use. A whole can of Febreeze was needed. I could go on and on, but I would advise you to stay in the South of Blackpool.

A lovely, well equipped spacious property. It felt like home and had good facilities throughout. it was spacious and renovated to a high standard. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for family entertaining.

Not through any fault of the owners, but area surrounding the property could have been better/nicer. We had no issues at all, but on first impression the surrounding homes didn’t give a good impression. The location itself was central and great.
