"Great weekend in our favourite Aldeburgh."

The location was easy to find with the instructions given by email. Lovely cottage everything you need for a holiday. Garden was great for my dog and the views were lovely.

Enjoyed staying in a characterful warm spacious cottage with beautiful views of the marshes to the rear of property and the Sailors path nearby to walk to Snape Maltings. Very quiet location to stay with excellent views of the stars at night. Bed, settee and chairs very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

When turning on the tap in the upstairs hand basin water gushed out at pressure so the floor needed wiping a little afterwards. This really was a very minor inconvenience and would not put us off returning to this lovely cottage again.

"Peaceful cottage"

Where the cottage was...so peaceful on the edge of the marshes. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space, very well equipped kitchen, nice gardens and property was clean.

Nothing to complain about.

"A perfect cottage for a weekend break"

Perfect enclosed garden for my little dog. Comfortable everything you need to make your stay relaxed, just settle in and enjoy your stay

The cottage is set off the road in a quiet lane the only thing that spoilt the peace was a very barky dog that lives nearby I always wake up early so it didn’t bother me Not easy to find so using What3words would help locate the cottage

Log burner was lit upon our arrival, making the cottage lovely and cosy. Location very quiet and peaceful. The dog loved exploring the garden. The cottage was like a tardis, so much bigger than expected.

Drinking water tap very slow, took a while to fill a saucepan with water. Pillows and mattress were a bit too firm for us, but that's personal preference, no reflection on the quality of the bedroom.
