Excellent value and location.

Struggled with the fire but that was it

Host was easy to contact and helpful, entry was easy with a key code, on street parking was no problem, location near to beach and park was excellent. The property was lovely and suited our needs as a family of 3. The beds in the double and twin room were very comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, the sofa was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need bar few extra knives. All in all we had a lovely stay in a lovely cottage in a quiet location near everything we wanted to visit. Would recommend and love to return.

The fire in the living room had been disconnected so did not work which was not mentioned beforehand and visiting in november we would have liked to use it but it was warm enough with the radiators. The decking needs replacing in the yard it didn't feel safe in places and our yorkies leg slipped through some of the wider gaps where some repairs had been done on a number occasions. If these were sorted would definitely return next year.

There was nothing we didn’t like

We travelled with our mother in law who has poor mobility so having a bedroom and bathroom on one floor was perfect. The property was very clean, street was quiet, and it was a short walk to the park and beach. We took our dog and the surrounding area is extremely dog friendly so no issue to find somewhere to eat with him and areas of the beach are dog friendly all year.

The upstairs ceilings are quite low but we expected this from the pictures and we didn’t find it to be an issue really!
