The location to the beach and to Roker Park.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location for beach and local shops . Roker Park seafront facilities. Morrisons isn't far . If your a good walker. Aldi is a car drive

On arrival parking was a problem as the streets are narrow with most cars parked on pavement to allow space so was mostly parked on main road at bottom of ritson Street.Luckily I took my Renault kadjar and not my porsche cayenne as I would have struggled. In flat itself the property has damp issues and there is a smell of it. So I purchased air freshners to block out odours. The living room is spacious but has uncomfortable sofa and low to ground plus decorating is poor . Flat could do with a decorators touch. Kitchen has all you need bathroom is fine shower power is good. Was never upstairs as we used downstairs bedroom. Bed was very comfortable.

Where the house was situated, the size was good, clean and good communication with the host.

We used all 3 bedrooms, it would be better if there was a proper bed and mattress in the room upstairs that had a flat/sofa bed, as it wasn't very comfortable you could feel the slats through the mattress.
