Not very clean. Broken shower. Bags of dirty laundry under beds

Firstly, Anna is a fantastic host. She is always available to answer any questions or queries and nothing is too much trouble. Great location. Very peaceful. Well presented accommodation. You do not feel overlooked by any neighbouring properties. Parking is a 30 second walk away.... at most! Access to all on site amenities such as a shop, restaurant, bar, pool and entertainment. Great transport links to explore other areas of Cornwall - onsite bus stop to Penzance or St. Ives. - St. Erth train station park and ride 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again 👍🏻

Limited storage for hanging clothes - additional hangers would be beneficial.

The holiday park was in a lovely area with a good bus service . The bar staff were very friendly..

The restaurant was very small . Limited facilities on site . Due to the position of the property it's very dark and smells musty .The outside garden area isn't very appealing. The shower runs hot then suddenly goes cold . Whilst there we had an issue with house flies . Some of the kitchen utensils were not clean . These issues have been fed back to the owner . To her credit the leaking water heater was replaced the same day as were the microwave and damaged lamp shades . She also offered and we accepted a refund of the cleaning fee .

The Location was great. Bus service was great saved using the car

There was a strong damp smell when you opened the door, on first arrival lots of flies so ended up spending over £5 for fly spray. A greasy grill found in oven. Could of been cleaned a bit better.

It was quiet and peaceful

Had everything we needed, but could add a toilet brush.
