"Lakes District haven"

The converted barn was located on a family farm in a quiet area but with easy access out and walking trails nearby. Communications with our host was good and we were provided with very detailed instructions on finding the farm. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a trip to the Lakes District or just a quiet stay. The wifi was good.

"Perfect accommodation in a beautiful setting"

It was quiet and quaint but with all the home comforts needed. The owner was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Amazing views, comfortable beds, hot shower,kitchen with all necessities, a little reading nook.

"City Break in a Barn"

The place is located in a secluded location with farmlands in the surrounding area, very quiet and peaceful. Alice and George were friendly hosts with good advice of the nearby attractions to visit. You get a great view over Ullswater approx. 45 min hike away.

Nothing! It's truly a wonderful stay. You do need a car to get around.

"Great base for walking in the Far Eastern fells"

Gorgeous apartment in a lovely part of the Lakes. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and couldn't have done more. Facilities were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
