"Exceptional lodge"

The lodge exceeded our expectations it was luxurious and spacious perfect for 2 families to spend the weekend together. The teabags, milk and biscuits were a lovely extra as were the lovely comfy outdoor seat cushions; dishwasher pods and tea towels. The bathrooms were fabulous with double sinks and the beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the tranquil setting and all the water features/ ponds around the site

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience at the lookout restaurant. We had to wait over an hour for our food and watch tables who came in after us receive their food!

Everything! It was clean, spacious and no expense spared. It was easy from start to finish with the host and we are so happy we chose this accommodation. We were given the details of a lovely person called Gene too, who was helpful throughout.

"Great example of what holiday home should look and feel like"

May sound strange but I fell in love with this house project and I wish I can build exact copy for myself. I believe this is a great example of what holiday home should look and feel like. Very good location if you plan to visit Eden project or just relax with your family.

There is absolutely nothing I can think of which was "not as expected" or what we didn't like. Maybe a bit more privacy would be perfect, but as we now there is no perfect homes in this "perfect" world.

Great communication from host and easy access

Having to take the bins out before we left, the car was very full , we have a newborn baby and the bins were quite a walk away and heavy. We also didn’t want to put the bags in the car incase they split. I do believe this is the job of the cleaner.
