"Poor service"

The location and the house was big.

First the hob was smelling gas when we was cooking. The house was clean but not in good standard. The decking was to slippery and not clean from the green stains. On the website said we will have barbecue and there wasn't any and when I ask them they told me is all wood and we can't provide barbecue. After leaving they complained because they told we burn the pan and 100 more things and I was fold on the decking because was to slippery.

House was nice, beds and bedding were lovely. Hot power shower plenty of hot water that lasted for all of us. Nice and clean except for dishwasher.

Downstairs bathroom door creaked VERY loudly. It must have been like this for a good while. We bought wd40 and reported it and someone came and put furniture polish on it. It worked for about half an hour. We couldn’t shut the door at night time as it woke up the whole house. Dishwasher was dirty had lots of old food in it, we didn’t use it. Tv reception poor channels kept changing on their own.

Great location ,

A lot of the lights didn’t work , and the pool has a limit of 30 people in one session, pool needs to be bigger
