Excellent location and lovely property.

Close to centre. Three bedrooms

Only one bathroom and a bit shabby

I never saw it, so I have no idea what it was like.

I had not heard from the owner 30 mins before we were due to enter the property (keycode), so I was forced to message to get a response. Then 15 minutes before we were due into the property, they tell me it's not available!? One of the party is in a mobility scooter, hence the reason for me booking a city centre property. The new replacement property offered was way too far away to expect her to ride all the way on her scooter so we had to resort to cars, after paying for parking. I had booked a table at the opera grill for 7pm as it was literally around the corner & my disabled Mum would be able to get there but no once again that was ruined. I had to cancel as it was now too far away & settle for a takeaway. I was told that as the replacement property was bigger it should cost more but as its way further out of town i can't understand how. At least they didn't charge me - they said they wouldn't in the circumstances! The house we stayed in was only 'ok' it has areas that need attention such as broken drawers/handles & kettle, the tv remote didn't work so we were unable to access Netflix & it needs a good clean. All in all I am very unhappy with the service & property that we had no choice but to accept. My birthday weekend away was ruined because of how badly they run their business. I gave the supplier the chance to respond before I posted this but have received NO RESPONSE!!

Didn't use the breakfast as Ceoliac, location was amazing for access into the city. Furnishings and decor were modern, everywhere was clean.. Free car park location great. Hosts replied very prompt when issues were mentioned.

No microwave, couch too small for 6 people, we were only 3 and just fitted comfortably on. Beds up to wall , so struggled to get out , in the middle of the night. Needs some attention to detail, IE, broken door knobs, bath plug chain broken so used a knife to remove it, front door lock loose, back yard door off the hinges , safety issue as we had a dog and the entry was full of rubbish.

Only 1 toilet but most importantly, this place is not suited for the colder winter months. There was heating which worked but the insulation in the home is very poor and my entire family was so cold throughout the night. The heat retention is so inefficient. Also, most other properties turn the heat on for you before you arrive, but that wasn’t the case here.

The location was really good, especially with the car parking. It was a quiet residential area.

It is so tired. Needs a complete overhaul. Every handle we touched fell out in our hands, including the front door key lock. The settee was so low and uncomfortable, that we had to help our mother to get up from it, every time she sat on it. Also, it only really sat 3 people on it. The bath panel didn’t look nice as you went into into the bathroom, with the water from the bath that had wet it, then dried. The cupboards/wardrobes were very dated.
