The location was good

There was an issue with the boiler which kept beeping extremely loudly every 30 seconds which kept the whole family awake all night. We could not get in touch with anyone to resolve which just isn't good enough considering the money we paid. Called the number given and our calls were rejected. Very poor service.

"For the price we would have expected the property to be a lot cleaner"

Fab location

Needs a good deep clean , bathroom needs maintaining cobwebs and bath panel re grouting needed : no bin bag in bathroom bin. Tv cabinet was really dusty

Fantastic city centre location. Very easy to find, easy access via a key lock box. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, great touches like the Orange juice, milk etc....
