The layout of the cottage, the large garden and the hot tub

There is poor internet coverage in the area so it’s important to have the instructions for access to the key safe printed or otherwise accessible before arrival. Wi-Fi once inside is good.

Beautiful property. Lots of space and great facilities - perfect for a family birthday weekend away. There were 8 of us and we all had very comfy rooms with 3 en-suite. Lots of place to sit and relax and great cooking facilities. Lovely hot tub to relax in. A short drive to Canterbury so very accessible if you arrive by train and we had a great day exploring the beautiful city and cathedral.

Quality property equipped and furnished with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Decor superb Lovely garden with a top of the range hot tub. Six star .

As stated in the property information, the cottage is not fenced at the sides. Keep a close eye on pooches. There is an algae covered pond. A family pooch ran across and sank like a stone.Came out looking like a drowned rat.
