The smell of damp, and cleanliness wasn't great., left day early

The location, the farm setting, the farm animals the experiences, the facilities.

The property was ideal for our needs, it was fully equipped with everything we needed; the location was perfect to enable us to explore Wales. Helen & Graham were very friendly and welcoming, they took the time to check in on us and made sure everything was okay. Helen was very supportive when we left an item behind and made sure it was returned to us by post.

Very quiet location, within a short journey to where we were going on Sunday.

Very peaceful location in an idyllic setting.

It was clean and spacious for 2 people

We had to Google how to use the heating as there were no instructions. We were told on arrival there was a black folder but couldn't find it and never managed to see the hosts after that. Could not connect to the WiFi. The bathroom was very cold and needs heating. Towels supplied were very rough Kitchen pots and pans needs replacing. TV was tuned to South of England which was very odd. Potholes in the drive were very bad. We had problems reaching the blinds as we are short. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and needs replacing.

Extremely friendly host. Great location. Warm and comfortable cottage. The alpaca experience was very cute and educational. Left with a warm glow :)

The sofa bed could have been cleaner. The room was a bit dusty. The shower could be more user-friendly, with a screen and a shower-head holder. It would also have been good to have enough salt/sugar in the kitchen, and basic shower toiletries in the bathroom, although acknowledge not every rental will include these.

Hosts were very easy to deal with and very responsive via the messaging app
