"Perfect long weekend away in a perfect cottage - we'll definitely be coming back!"

This lovely little cottage is in a perfect location to visit everything that Whitby has to offer. The cottage was exactly as described - a very high standard of cleanliness throughout and exactly what we needed for our long weekend by the coast. The cottage was nice and warm throughout our stay, and all of the facilities were perfect, including a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The beds were very comfy, and the lounge areas were also very comfortable and cosy. We also managed to park near enough outside the cottage each time we came back to it, which made loading and onloading very easy. Overall a lovely, and highly recommended place to stay - we will definitely be coming back in the future!

"Great cottage and fabulous location"

Beautiful cosy cottage great location, decorated for Halloween. Very comfortable with everything you need lovely welcome pack. Would recommend to anyone, stairs are a bit steep but manageable for us.

We have nothing to complain about!

Very convenient for Whitby town and harbour. Bus and train station 2 mins walk, we travelled to Robin Hoods Bay and Scarborough. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Lounge and beds very comfortable, good shower, all very clean.

Just the stairs - steep but manageable.

"Little Gem in Whitby"

I loved everything about this home. It was built in 1850, so it has a lot of character. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We received a welcome pack which was amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

The bed was a little hard for me, apart from that everything else was perfect.

"A beautiful cottage, quiet, comfortable and close enough to the town centre."

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Albion Cottage. Everything went smoothly. We found a parking space easily. Got the keys easily. Our hosts were excellent sending us relevant information and reminders. The cottage was beautiful and clean. We slept well in the beds. It was a superb location for the centre and the bus station. Just a short walk. But we were far away enough to avoid night time noise.

"Good for a mini break"

Good location

The stairs were a bit steep... Adding another rail down from the top bedroom would help one feel.safer on stairs
