Minafon

The house was in a stunning area, central so you could walk around Llanberis or pop to the shop or pub or just wander. Beautiful walks around the place, and wonderful to hear the Welsh language spoken by the locals. The house itself was clean & comfy & good value for money & the host had left tea, coffee, sugar and Welsh scones for us.

I was travelling with my elderly mother who has diminished mobility. She can manage stairs, as she will only do them once a day, but the bathroom has an awkward little step down and back up again which was a bit more of a challenge. Not an issue for an able bodied person.

Great location, good space, love the dog friendly equipment, nice garden.

Benches in kitchen are a bit uncomfortable to sit on, could maybe put 2 single beds in one of the rooms as an option, but that’s just an idea. was great property!

great location and well decorated interior. three good sized bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. boot room/laundry a great size to keep all outdoor stuff.

sitting room didn’t have enough seating for six. beds a little too soft for us but that’s just our preference. house a little too cold and couldn’t work out how to turn up heat. also some spots didn’t work and we worked out they were battery operated and had just run out.

Lovely and clean. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful.

It was expensive considering there were no parking facilities. Our extended family stayed in another property very nearby. It was much larger, had parking for up to four cars and a garage to store all of our bikes in and it cost less than minafon.
