A beautiful house, with plenty of room. The house is ideally situated, set a street away from the main road, central to everything in Llanberis. There are lots of eating places literally around the corner, bars, shops, chemists, bus stops. Couldn't be better placed. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics needed, tea, coffee and sugar was there on our arrival. The welcome basket included two laundry pods, two dishwasher tablets, a packet of Welshcakes, a visitor's book and the manual.

It would have been beneficial of drying clothes outside, but appreciate the garden is very small. However, there is a nice seating area out there. We only just managed to catch the recycling collection, but missed the bin collection. A note in the book would have been helpful, othewise the next guests would be faced with full recycling bins, a nuisance if you are there for a few days stay. Car parking is something of an issue as there is limited room on the streets.

the place is comfortable and clean, it is very near to all the amenities , restaurants and the train station going up to the mountain. Bus stop is near too .The properly itself is lovely, comfortable beds , spacious rooms , kitchen and toilet . There is also a washing machine which is a great help esp after our activities in the mountain . Good communication with the property owner .Very good wifi signal . tips : 1.read the welcome black folder in the kitchen area on how to turn on the shower. there are 3 pull strings in the toilet , the middle one is to turn on the shower . 2. I love cooking ,if u plan to cook bring ur ingredients , there is limited amenities in the SPAR store 3. if u plan longer stay and have limited clothes to bring , just bring a laundry soap there’s a big space in the washing machine area to hang ur clothes 4. there is a dishwasher but we didn’t use it, I prefer washing cutleries manually 😁, so bring ur own sponge 🧽.there is two pcs of dishwasher tablets and two laundry tablets probably not enough for ur whole stay so try to bring extra 5. there is no shampoo or bath soap , try to bring save ur time from shopping around . it’s is house not a hotel so I already expected that it will be not included , it’s not a problem for us 😊

there is no dedicated parking but u can park beside the house along the road which is not too hard. the owner will give u instructions near ur check in time .
