Holly Cottage

A comfortable home for our 4 nt stay. The host was very responsive and organized. Every amenity needed to cook meals was provided, and explanations for how things worked, quite clear.

Just one small suggestion. The table one dines at is a bit small and we felt a wee crowded in the corner, eating there.

Well located and appointed property

Spotless cottage, with touches of the history of the location. Fully equipped and very comfortable. Excellent location near bus stops and local shops (and the visitor centre which does superb coffee and cake!).

It had turned very cold (yes in August - I’m a southern softie!) and the instructions said not to change the heater settings - they were off. It wasn’t cold enough to warrant a call to the hosts, but permission to turn on the heaters if needed would have been handy.

Very clean, cosy and very well equiped

Holly Cottage looked great on the advertisement, but it was even better than we'd hoped for. A perfect, quiet location. A 15 min drive from Glencoe, Co-op across the road & chippy & patisserie opposite. The house itself was immaculate. Access was very easy in arrangement with Rhomi (who we never met, but who answered all our questions). Bed was very comfy, bathroom & shower & washing machine too, very good kitchen (tea & coffee to use too). We didn't lack anything & would quite happily stay there again & longer, if we could :)

Great location. Near to great hiking trails. Lovely local bakery and pub right across the street.
