*NEW* Chester Canal Side 2 bed character home

Great location right by the canal which takes you straight into the heart of Chester. Away from the hustle and bustle but still very accessible to the historic centre with loads of eating places and shops. + only 40 minutes by train into Liverpool.

garden was good but needed a tidy a bit of paint on the walls and a sweep was good though

The location was perfect for walking into Chester. We had a problem with the heating but James was there within about an hour.

The door between livingroom and the kitchen stuck when closed and was very difficult to open, impossible to open from the kitchen side. As the house is child and pet friendly it would have been a good idea to have a gate to put on the stairs. Other than that it was great

Cosy, clean, modern. It was fine for the couple of days we were there for.

No instructions on how to use cooker, microwave and coffee machine. Not all appliances are the same. No notes on recycling or where to put recycling. Lack of cooking pans. We managed but if we were there longer would have become an issue. Finally, street parking, says first come first but no mention of how very narrow the road was. These are small criticisms, and it doesn’t detract that it’s a lovely property but these were the things that would have improved our stay.

Very funky and modern! Clean, spacious, perfect for a girls weekend away.

One problem was the overflowing wheelie bin in the tiny garden. There was a beautiful little garden with fairy lights and seating but unfortunately the wheelie bin was overflowing with bin bags and there were flies and an unpleasant smell so we couldn't sit out and enjoy the garden - hence why I rated 9/10 not a full 10/10.
