Beutiful old property, lots of interesting history, excellent host, couldn't have wished for a more relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay here for two nights while in the area. The owner Alison is an absolute gem and was one of the highlights of our stay. The property itself is packed with character. Location was perfect for us and a real good place to stay if you’re visiting Chatsworth House.

Beautiful atmospheric property. Lovely large clean rooms. Continental breakfast was perfect. Alison was a perfect host loved the fact that she was so knowledgeable about the history of the property which was fascinating. Would recommend this as a place to stay. Outstanding.

Everything about Riber Hall Manor was beautiful. Very comfy spacious room, gorgeous diningroom and continental breakfast. Alison is passionate about her home and its heritage, rightly so. Very good value for money.

This place is so different to anywhere else. The history of the manor is so interesting and enthralling. Alison is very friendly and welcoming, and is a font of knowledge about the manor and its location. The breakfast was plentiful, but is only a continental, which was fine. The shower was powerful and roomy, and the bathroom was very modern and spacious.

Nothing in particular. There is no shop or pub in the village, but this was not a problem.

Had to be careful with the stairs as they are very old and grade1 listed...but thats the character of the place

Fantastic host, beautiful room, Alison is very helpful advising places to visit.
