Perfect location for London short distance from tube station. Shops around within walking distance. Spacious. Good parking. Like the added touch of tea and coffee supplies.

Wire hanging from cellings and open socket in lounge. Most Curtains didn’t fit windows. Garden untidy and over grown. Hot water was warm not hot so couldn’t use the bath.

The house was clean, some cleaning products were provided and a cot was already available if needed. Spacious house with large living/dining area with plenty of seating also has large bedrooms. Decent WiFi. Location is great and in walking distance of a train station. Parking space for 2 or 3 cars.

The garden areas (front and back) were unkempt and needed tidying as there was no pleasant outdoor space to sit. The photos did not represent the property in its current state. The tv in the bedroom did not work and the lounge tv remote was broken. Batteries had been removed from the remotes and the lounge clock so couldn't have been used anyway. We had to pay for an app to be able to control the tv from a phone (informed owner of this issue but had no response). Mattresses could do with Toppers as you can feel the springs and they're quite uncomfortable. Although it stated check in was from 2pm, we arrived after 3pm and the cleaner was only just leaving.

Obiekt zadbany, czysty. Wszystko zostało dla nas przygotowane, ręczniki, ciepła woda. W kuchni pełne wyposażenie, nie trzeba było nic zabierać. Blisko sklepy, metro oraz przystanek autobusowy. Obiekt zlokalizowany w dobrym miejscu z komunikacjami.

Casa spaziosa, luminosa, silenziosa, pulita.

Arredamenti molto "basic", ma nel complesso ok.

●●● It was close to wembley Stadium. ●●● For stargazers, this property is a must as the rear bedroom curtains do not close together, 4ft curtains in a 10ft bay window, offering perfect views of a London sky at night 🌙

●Poorly maintained, lightbulbs missing in kitchen & bathrooms. There is no fan extraction (working)in the bathroom. Exposed wiring below the tv sockets. Stains on the bed sheets. This property does require a drastic face-lift to make it more appealing, TBH, It really does need extensive renovations. 😲 🫨

For price was to be expected

Property needs updating and outside space tidied

Good accessibility and instructions for check in.

"Facelifting" of the entire house would increase the value of the stay, definitely.

The location is close to public transport and Kingsbury Commercial Street.

The house needs more maintenance and some furniture renovation
