"Beautiful setting for a holiday let."

The hosts Melanie and Phil were very helpful right from the initial booking. The rooms are situated in a stunning setting with beautiful views of the river, old mill and surrounding fields. There has been a lot of thought and passion gone into these holiday lets. We will definitely be returning.

"Lovely relaxing break, even though it was 30+ degrees!"

Location! Fab location on the river. Great watching the kingfishers zip by!

Could do with a parasol on the patio to give some shade, as it was too hot to sit by river until the sun had gone down!

Everything was clean and the welcome pack was great ,location was ideal away from the road

The mattress in the room with the ensuite was uncomfortable apart from that we can't fault it

Beautiful location and property. Everything you need right there. Mel was very helpful and left us a lovely card and wine for my hubby's and my dad's birthday which was the reason for our visit.

Lovely location, tranquil and restful. Forest and river walks on doorstep The hosts looked after us and thought of all the basic necessities tea bags, milk,hand soap etc so we could enjoy our holiday straight away. Marvellous place hope to go back really soon.

The house was warm, clean and very comfortable.

When I arrived i wasn't sure which house I was staying in so had to try the key boxes to see which on my code worked with. May be i missed that information in the emails but I couldn't find it.
