It was a pleasure staying at Bakers lodge. We had an amazing time. It had everything we needed and was super clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was perfect. We look forward to returning in the near future. Beautiful location

"Family of 5"

The lodge had plenty of storage space, considering we are a family of 5 and have a preschooler. It was clean, towels were good quality, sheets clean. Kitchen equipment was all provided and even hand soap! We only stayed 2 nights, but could of comfortably stayed longer. Kids loved every second, new books, games were available. The hot tub was clean and actually hot! We had great fun having a dip morning and night. Definitely a highlight to our stay at the lodge. We really did have a great stay

The mattresses were a crinkled, cheap quality. Not comfortable at all. This was our only negative. We didn't sleep great due to this

"Great place to stay"

Second time staying at Allerthorpe Golf Resort. Great place to stay. Not too far from York and good restaurant on site and in Pocklington too, there us a good choice of places to eat. Pet friendly and a great place to walk the dogs. Bakers Lodge was a comfortable place to stay, spotlessly clean, warm and great WiFi. My go to place in York now.

A bit of flexibility on check out time would have been appreciated.
