"Property not well maintained - owners rarely visit."

Peaceful location close to shops - could be noisy in full season. Excellent quality kitchen appliances. Good quality towels. Comfortable beds. Vey good storage. Blackout curtains in bedroom. Good walk-in shower, plenty of hot water.

Rot & mould in window frames. Window behind TV blown. Dirty windows. Bottom & top of radiators full of dust/cobwebs. No vertical blinds in bedrooms, despite track remaining - no daytime privacy. Filthy toilet brushes - replaced. Toilet waste-pipe continually leaking. Intermittent oil fumes from boiler. Hob extractor full of grease on arrival. Bath has plug on chain - uncomfortable to sit on. No toilet roll holders. Shaving mirror cracked. Sofas give no support. Kitchen table rocks & squeaks. Patio table looks unsightly, patio balustrade has rotten uprights. Strong smell from kitchen sink drain.

"Amazing home"

The property was well equipped and very clean , had everything we needed. It was in a lovely quiet area just what we needed after being out in busy areas every day nice to come back and relax. The bonus was the golf leisure club being able to use the spa free of charge my grandchildren loved the warm pool, we all didn’t want to come home

Good location

Bath plug broke but managed to get it working after a couple of days. No instructions for tv. No radio as mentioned in welcome pack. Advised owner re. Plug and also had to phone him re. TV. Had to buy toilet rolls and other items which I would have expected to be supplied. In booking charged £90 for cleaner but never saw them. Seems a lot if that was for when we left as I had to hoover every day due to the amount of dead flies each day. Rather expensive in general compared to other houses to rent on same location.

Location

Dirty cottage. Full of dead flies and spiders. Also a lot of spiders nets in the house. Looks like cleaning hasn’t been done for weeks.

"Relaxing & calm. Just what we needed as a family."

Beautiful setting. Tranquil & calm

No blinds inthe bedrooms even though there were tracks for it. Wouldn't have been happy to wake at 5am with out them in June or July. Some bulbs were out around the house.
