well appointed and clean with all the facilities we needed

the Steps were a challenge after a few days and I fell whilst carrying a suitcase but all in all it is a lovely and enjoyable stay

Cleanliness location late checkout

Heating not working day of arrival fixed next day and went again on the thursday so 3 days without heating and hot water so could not shower. Very disappointed that I received no further reply from Nicky and I have not been offered compensation for such poor conditions. I will be advising people not to stay on tripadviser.
