Waters Edge Lodge with Hot Tub

Great location & facilities... we absolutely loved our time and would definitely stay again.

It's not an issue, but you need everything but towels & toilet roll.

The bed the mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Definitely needs replacing.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and facilities within the lodge. The check in process was so simple and much more convenient with the lock box holding the key. The space in the lodge was excellent and all had plenty of room to enjoy. I was shocked to see TVs were also in the bedrooms but also that Disney, Amazon Prime and Netflix were included on all TVs and was a nice little add on. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be booking again soon.

Overall the experience was excellent but a few little notes to make the experience even better are... Additional pillows available if needed. A cover over the hot tub to shelter in case of rain. A screen cover to provide privacy when in the hot tub. A deposit was required a few days before check in to cover any breakages etc, this was taken from my account but didnt return and when queried, they explained that this is only actually held and not taken from the bank, similar to when you add fuel to your car in certain petrol stations. I believe this is done via the venue though and not the lodge owners, no issue but clearer instructions would be beneficial.

Beautiful location. The lodge was spotless and lovely decor. Great having two bathrooms and full size single beds (rather than the slim beds in caravans)

Fabulous kitchen but not one baking tray. We wanted to cook a meal on the first night and brought all the necessary food but could not use it as the only tray there was a pizza baking tray and the round tray would not fit in the oven. The smart TV was very slow and the signal very poor so it prevented us from watching certain channels. The TV in the double room randomly turned on during the night without the use of the remote.

Lodge facilities ect was fantastic no complaints

Just maybe add some cover for hottub as was a little of rain

Lovely and big and modern.

This is a pet lodge so there were traces (smells and hair) of dog. The entrance hall was unbearable with the smell and we had to remove two mats that were very unpleasant smelling.
