"Disappointed"

The location and comfy bed

Smoky oven when on the fan hood not working..Hens clucking nearly all day and night next door, plus barking dogs next door up until late at night..The tvs in bedrooms upstairs don't work no aerials connected..The tv in lounge ok but have to sign in or subscribe to many channels.. Sofas in lounge very low.. The toilet in upstairs bathroom loose..no egg cups...we had to clean the waste bins as when we emptied them we were heaving with the smells as they'd not been cleaned out for some time..the washing machine quite rusty on the outside..3 bulbs in lamp in lounge but only 1 working..Lounge wall clock not working as battery gone..No clean bedding to change and this week too with the heatwave...towels not enough...luckily we were out during the days..Alot of dead flies too about the property..needs alot of cleaning around... £600 nearly aswell we paid to stay ...Not good and we're very disappointed

The spacious property. With all home comforts.Affordable price cosy tranquil , great location . Lovely views convenient store and pub nearby. Great for walkers close to walks around the Clwydian Way .

I love the fact that you had places to hang your coats and put your shoes, I always find we struggle when we hire cottages. I like that the beds were comfortable and it was lovely and warm. I like that there were fluffy blankets in the lounge to use.

We only had bath towels, we could have done with a couple of hand towels as well.(But the towels were lovely and soft) A dishwasher would have been a bonus 😁. A shower curtain would have been good on the shower, but we managed.
