'Sandy Bottom' Broadstairs by the beach

The house was superclean. The owners had also given complimentary bread, milk, bottle of prosecco, butter, coffee, tea, cookies and jams. In the bathroom shampoo, conditioner and lotion were available. The beds were made as well. It are all these gestures that made it a very warm welcome and lovely stay.

Little touches like the loaf of bread & butter excellent. Nothing worse than buying a whole block of butter for 2 days stay! Lovely & airy clean bright property. Nothing they hadn't thought of. Private courtyard. Cosy at night time. Loved the location - I drive alot so was lovely to park up & leave car. 2 beaches within walking distance, Stone bay quieter & Viking bay much busier but has all the amenities of a busy seaside town. I love Broadstairs because its not a tacky seaside resort. Only 1 arcade which is enough! Lots of fabulous restaurants and lots of lovely coffee shops.

Everything was excellent.The hosts Andy and Zoe went far beyond expectations to make our stay memorable..Quiet location but very close to Broadstairs and the coast.

Review: An absolute gem of a seaside retreat! The house was immaculate — spotless from top to bottom — and truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts have thought of everything, from child-friendly touches and toys to thoughtful amenities for adults. Every detail was carefully considered, making it a perfect stay for families of all ages. We felt incredibly well cared for and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house with so much provided including a bottle of prosecco, milk, bread, butter and jam. It is so relaxing, well decorated and homely. It is in a peaceful location but just round the corner from the beach and restaurants etc

Brilliant stay at Sandy Botton. Great location. Had everything we needed. Hosts were very helpful. The little touches were well thought through. Great place if you have young kids too

We recently stayed at Sandy Bottom for a weekend – me and two friends – it was the perfect place for us to stay together. Communication with Zoe & Andy was excellent and the house had everything (and more) that we needed. Spotlessly clean, lots of space and all the bedrooms were comfortable. I had the bunk room – totally fine for a small (short) adult! The kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee, milk etc as well as some very much appreciated treats. Location was great – short stroll from the town and the beach. We would definitely return and stay again.
