'Sandy Bottom' Broadstairs by the beach

The house had everything we needed, and was so close to the beaches and restaurants. Zoe and Andy had left some fresh bread, jams, prosecco and milk which was really appreciated when we arrived! We would recommend to anyone, it was perfect for our family.

Gorgeous property! Had everything you could want and more. Very quiet even at night. Very spacious and outside was gorgeous to sit in when the sun was out!

Parking was a little hard to get a close spot. When stripping the beds we discovered we had fleece lined mattress protectors which explained why it was just sooo hot when sleeping.

It was a lovely house - nicely decorated, well furnished, clean and very fresh. The shower was great and the towels clean and soft. Everything the hosts could think of was provided - a fresh loaf, butter, jam, milk, tea and coffee. very welcoming!

Parking. The general info said parking was available so I booked it before reading ALL the info which did advise that it was unreserved street parking. This was a little hit an miss (being a stones through from the sea there were day time parkers) but we never had to park more than a five minute walk away.

It has been the best experience in my life: 1. Fantastic House: The house itself was spotless, well-designed, and incredibly cozy. Its perfect location and amenities, including the BBQ, made it stand out. 2. Thoughtful Details: From the nice blankets in cute baskets to the well-stocked kitchen, the hosts had thought of everything. The extras like Prosecco, coffee, biscuits, honey, milk, and bread were a delightful surprise! 3. Amazing Hosts: Zoe and Andy went above and beyond. Based on the apartment's availability they let us early check-in and late check-out and they always were in contact. They truly care about their guests. All of these made us feel truly welcomed! We're already planning our next holiday in 'Sandy Bottom' Broadstairs by the beach :) Thank you, Zoe and Andy, for this exceptional experience and your hospitality!
