'Sandy Bottom' Broadstairs by the beach

This property was one of the BEST places we have ever stayed in. We can’t say enough good things about it, from the minute we booked the property with Hosts Zoe & Andy to checking out was so easy and absolutely delightful. We arrived in Broadstairs by train and it took 15 minutes to walk down High Street and through the quaint village to find on our arrival we were less than a 1 minute walk to the sea. The Hosts have thought of everything for our stay to feel like home. We were welcomed with a loaf of local made bread with a variety of jams, along with tea, coffee and milk for us to enjoy after a long travelling day, and we were so grateful for them to be so thoughtful. The home was exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bedrooms, which were so comfortable and cozy that I could of stayed in bed all day if there wasn’t so much to see and do in Broadstairs. They have literally thought of everything a person would need to enjoy their stay. I so very much could go on and on but I know a lot of people like to skip long reviews but I must give a 1000 stars to this property! On behalf of our entire family we would like to THANK Zoe & Andy for making our stay so enjoyable and I wish to be back one day from Canada 🇨🇦 to visit your home again.

I really don’t think I could name anything that we did not like. The photos and descriptions are exactly as it is.

Two friends and two teenage daughters celebrating a 50th birthday. The property was spotlessly clean, smelt gorgeous, and has a high standard of decor but a homely feel. We wanted to move in. Very well equipped. Everything thought about. Personal touches such as bread, jams, pint of milk, prosecco, etc. 2 min walk to beach and 5 mins ro high street. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Had a really lovely time. We didn't want to go home to reality.

Tiny tiny gripe, the door in the bedroom squeaked so ended up waking the children if the bathroom was used in the night, not huge but maybe a little grease to stop the noise would help.

The property was very clean, walking distance to everything.zoe&Andy left us bread, milk, jams, butter , tea and coffee which I thought was very nice ,not many places do that .Zoe&Andy where great on end of the phone if we needed them.. This is my 3rd visit back to this property it has everything you need like home from home

A lovely clean and welcoming property , feels like a home from home , with everything you could possibly need . The location is perfect , only a few minutes walk the the town and beach Would highly recommended and we will definitely be returning

A beautiful house - spotless, cosy and well equipped with everything you could want. Really appreciated the baby proofing around the house which made it great for a family stay with a little one. Zoe and Andy are very accommodating and made everything so easy and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
