'Sandy Bottom' Broadstairs by the beach

They thought of everything. Beautifully clean. Perfect location. Biscuits, coffee and milk lovely touch. Beach and restaurants in walking distance. Perfect!!

All the finishing touches carefully considered extra blankets, nicely decorated. So close to Margate, Ramsgate, the airborne museum, Hornby works museum. Restaurants and pubs all in walking distance. Sandy beach at the bottom of the road

The location was very good. Quite easy to get around Broadstairs.

Can't think of anything. It was ' perfect'.

Hosts were amazing. The little extras exceeded our expectations. Overall a fab place to stay.

The house was the best equipped accommodation I have ever found. Absolutely superb. Hosts were very responsive. I met Zoe to drop my bags early. She let me know when the property was ready. The property was a 5 min walk from the town and 1 minute from the beach.

Probably one of the best private home stays I have had in a really long time. If you are looking to spend a weekend or a week in glorious Broadstairs, you CAN NOT do better than this place. The best bits: 1. Amazing location - less than 30 seconds from the beach, and the main drag - but VERY quite 2. Really good, well proportioned rooms, impeccably furnished - with everything thought through 3. Beautiful garden with a BBQ and enough garden furniture to sit a dozen people! 4. Soft, fluffy, fresh bedsheets, towels .. even beach towel!! 5. Perfectly appointed and stocked kitchen 6. Small touches - like some milk in the fridge, a much appreciated bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, a jar of ground coffee, tea bags, biscuits - Folks you don't need to do this, and my review would still be the same. But I must say this made you place from 5 to 6 stars. Thank you!
