Clean , fully more than enough stocked

Mattresses in the two single bedroom not comfortable .. reed defusers were too strong , had a little headache , was noisy at night woke up many times but only happened one night.. itching to do with the property it was like an alarm noise from the neighborhood and didn’t stop till morning

The Caravan is spotlessly clean and very well stocked! the gift of wine was a lovely touch and the bathroom toiletries came in handy. We had 4 teenagers and 2 dogs and we all fitted in nicely. it was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. Beds were comfy and the caravan has everything you possibly need. very good value for money.

The actual park is a little tired, one of Park Deans smaller sites. The arcades are good for the kids and the pool is a good size. There isn’t much to do in the local area, it is all residential with some local convenience shops but we took a drive into Rye and also took the kids up the road to the lake aqua park.

The hosts Mike and John have a very beautiful and welcoming caravan. Totally spotless and the gift of wine was a pleasant surprise. Also all the extras they provide, essential kitchen cupboard ingredients and all the toiletries is very thoughtful. We would definitely come here again to use as a base for exploring this coastline. Thanks guys, amazing stay and I have never slept so well in another bed :)

This property exceeded our expectations. The nicest caravan we’ve ever stayed in. Our hosts had thought of everything for a five star stay.

Nothing to not like.

It was very easy to put the keys back into the key box. Very friendly hosts, STUNNING HOME! Amazing stay.

The hosts are a really lovely couple, the attention to detail to the caravan was so lovely, very much like home from home. Decking area very spacious and was a lovely chill out area.

The actual parkdean resort was not as upto date as other parkdeans we have stayed at, sticky menus and the tables in the boathouse were not clean. The entertainment was OK for young children, not so much for teenagers or adults.
