Cleanliness and thought-out instructions and all necessary amenities that came with the property. The place was modern and situated at the front of the park so less looking around and distinct because of features like palm trees in front

Windy and cold weather due to location I think, folkestone 20 mins from here was warmer though. The holiday park facilities required separate payment which even with owners discount was £50+ for family of 5. We would recommend getting thinner duvets for summer stays as well

"Home from home."

Caravan was beautiful, clean tidy and in a lovely location just 2 minute walk from the sea. Owners were quick to respond to messages and the whole trip was completely hassle free. No stress at all. Caravan is more like a home than a caravan with absolutely everything you need and more, better equipped than a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Will definitely be holidaying here again.

There is nothing that we didn't like to be honest.

Great clean and spacious caravane. full of facilities like in a real house. we found everything we needed in the cupboards!! 30 minutes from Folkstone. next to bus station. next to the sea. the owners are very kind. lovely !

Everything , this has to be the best holiday home we've stayed in , everything was perfect , spotlessly clean , a lot of extras provided way over and above what you'd expect . Bottls of wine , tea , coffee, sugar, milk. Shower gels , shampoos , cleaning products UNBELIEVABLE. There is great WiFi TV Netflix. Very comfortable , the site is perfect for everything you'd would be visiting the area for . Only downside was we were only there for 2nights . Thank you so much

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The caravan was well equipped with everything you would need and more. We look forward to returning one day 🙂
