The Bay Tree Studio

On arrival there was no coffee or tea. The shower wasn't working properly and there were over the top signs around the property of what we could and couldn't do. We've stopped in the area numerous times for many years and will not be returning to this venue. It's not value for money.

It was clean and well laid out. It had a lovely feel about it. There was a lovely garden but we were uncertain as to whether or not we could use it and no one to ask.

Bed was small double with soft sided mattress and unfortunately uncomfortable sleeping. It would have been nice if there had been some milk/ tea / coffee for new arrivals. There was only one loo roll and no spares. This meant a trip to supermarket just after we had arrived after a long journey.

Easy to find, attractive, great and atmospheric location. Surprisingly comfortable for the size.

Kitchen works surprisingly well but washing up is not easy.
