"Exactly what we were expecting !"

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower was ok and bed comfortable. Good location for us

Hot water took a while to come thru. Directions could have been a bit clearer as we ended up coming down the road from wrong side and missed the house !

"Pretty studio but just for sleeping and making tea."

Location to our family, prettily decorated. Set in pretty owners garden.

A very tiny studio in the loft of an outbuilding. Exceptionally hot (so was the weather), with heavy weight duvet. Very small shower, and tiny kitchen.

"Great spot & quaint set-up."

The bay tree was quaint & relaxing. The peacefulness was just what I needed coming from a busy town. There were plenty of wonderful sightseeing to do , moot house & Benjamin Britton’s red house plus plenty more.

Seating area in bay tree accommodation. But I coped.

"Perfect relaxing get away."

The bay tree studio was very clean and well equipped,there was everything you could possibly want,very comfy bed and it was very relaxing,,the studio is so well thought out with kitchen and shower room,lovely surroundings in a perfect setting.
