Stags View,Unique eco cabin, Dartmoor views

The view from the cabin is spectacular! Very nice location. My friend, for whom I booked the cabin for one night, slept very well in the large double bed.

The cabin has no key. Only a bolt to lock it from the inside. My friend did not feel able to leave his valuables in there when he was out. I have found the communications with the host quite difficult. Per example, I asked for the key and was not clearly told that there was no key. My friend did not really feel he was made welcome there. Being advertised as an Eco cabin, I found the decor unexpected. It was more decorated for a hunter. I personally would not feel comfortable to sleep with stuffed stag head hanging over my bed. If you have a lot of luggage, it is also important to know that you can't park directly by the cabin, just further down at the hosts house.

Beautiful location and all you needed in a well thought out lovely cabin with lovely home from home touches. Very helpful and attentive host.
