Everything u need in a rural location but u have the tea rooms nxt door for meals the golf club within walking distance for drinks & food also the oddfellows pub which has a lovely beer garden out the back. This is my 2nd visit & already planning a 3rd. Fantasric views of penshaw monument u wont b disappointed!

Toilet rolls in short supply. Bring ur own!

Lovely accommodation we will definitely stay at again! Everything neccessary provided for cooking/ washing/ cleaning. Extra measures taken/ provided for heating/ bedding if needed but they weren't at all. Everything was just wonderful; Thank you!
