Felt very homely & had everything you could possibly need. They were kind enough to leave treats for us on arrival, & there was even croissants for breakfast, as well as milk & orange juice which was really thoughtful.

"Cute, quirky little cottage!"

Lovely little cottage, in the middle of woodlands, very quirky. Not far from the Eden Project.

The heating system was a bit fiddly, we couldn't get the heating to come on. Was on a remote setting, so it didn't matter how much we turned it up it went back to the original heat setting. We were quite cold and tired on Saturday after a 7 hour journey from Anglesey. My Husband has Asthma and needs 18* or more especially in cold / damp weather. So we had to override it to get warm. Once we got the heating on to our desired temp, it was lovely and cosy.

"A good stay in a nice cottage that is very close to the Eden project and other places of interest"

The secluded location, cleanliness and layout of the property were good and the welcome pack of groceries was a nice touch. The free entry to Pinetum Gardens was good too. Charlestown's harbour and restaurants are walkable. Internet was reliable.

The cottage is tucked in some woodland just off the quite busy A390. The traffic can be heard and it suffers from some powerful motorbike noise. Surprisingly, previous reviewers don't mention this issue. The 2 low steps into the kitchen may prove awkward to some guests

"Lovely weekend in a great property in a perfect location close to lots of amenities"

Lovely home from home in a great location. The hosts left a little ripple which we enjoyed in the patio, and we really didn’t need to take anything with us in the way of basics such as tea and coffee etc.

One tiny comment would be that the property was a little dark because if the location in the woods and it would have been nice to have a little more sun on the terrace. Other than that it was perfect 🙂
